Relax  and  renew …..referred to as “active relaxation”.  When supported with props, the body relaxes and opens, releasing  tension  and stored up toxins  that  can  cause  illness. this   class  is great  for  beginners  as  well  as  active  seniors.

   Gentle  yoga  w/ Kate

Gentle yoga is a great way to relax. By holding stretches for extended times the deep connective tissues that wrap the joints are strengthened.
